The National Competitiveness Commission (NCC) is a statutory body established by an Act
of Parliament called the National Competitiveness Commission Act Chapter 14:36,
No.6/2017 and came into effect on 23 June 2017.

Governance
The Commission is led by a Board of Commissioners who report to the Minister responsible for Industry and Commerce.
Below the Board is a Secretariat led by the Executive Director.
The National Competitiveness Commission (NCC) is a statutory body established by an Act

The Commission falls under the purview of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
As guided by the National Competitiveness Commission Act, the mandate of the Commission is to enable the creation of a competitive environment for Zimbabwean business through development. Coordination and implementation of the key policy improvements.
The concept “national competitiveness” examines the ability of a national economy to grow. It is measured by a set of factors, policies, and institutions that determine a country’s level of productivity.
